kkvip Terms and Conditions

Please read all terms and conditions carefully before using this platform — they define your rights and responsibilities.

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the kkvip platform and all its services. By accessing this page or creating an account, you are considered to have automatically agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using this platform.

The key terms used in these conditions carry the following meanings:

  • "Platform" — The kkvip website (https://kkvip.lat) and all services, pages, and applications connected to it.
  • "User" / "You" — Any person who accesses this platform or creates an account.
  • "kkvip" — The organisation that operates this platform.
  • "Account" — Each user's personal registered profile.
  • "Bonus" — Any promotional reward, credit, or benefit provided by kkvip.
  • "Wagering Requirement" — The minimum amount that must be wagered before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
  • "BDT" / "৳" — Bangladeshi Taka, the currency used on this platform.

Account Registration

The following conditions must be met to create a valid account on kkvip:

2.1 Single Account Rule

Each user may operate only one account. Multiple accounts for the same person are strictly prohibited. If evidence of multiple accounts is found, kkvip reserves the right to immediately close all associated accounts, and the funds held in those accounts may be forfeited.

2.2 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration — name, contact details, payment information — must be complete, truthful, and accurate. Providing false or misleading information may result in account cancellation.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login details confidential. If unauthorised access to your account occurs, notify our support team immediately. kkvip will not be held responsible for third-party misuse of your account.

Eligibility and Age Requirement

3.1 Minimum Age

Users must be at least 21 years old to use the kkvip platform. This platform is operated exclusively for those aged 21 and above. We take a strict stance against gambling by minors.

3.2 Geographic Restrictions

This platform is operated for users in Bangladesh. It is the users' own responsibility to comply with the laws of their country. The platform should not be used from regions where online gaming is legally prohibited.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

kkvip may request identity verification documents at any time. Users may be required to provide a copy of their national ID or passport along with address verification. Withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete.

Deposits and Withdrawals

The following rules apply to depositing and withdrawing funds on kkvip:

4.1 Deposit Rules

  • The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 — for each payment method.
  • Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.
  • Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly. If there is a delay, please contact support.
  • Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

  • The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
  • The standard withdrawal processing time is 5–30 minutes.
  • Withdrawals will be made via the same method used for the deposit.
  • Account verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.
  • The relevant wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

4.3 Transaction Currency

All transactions on the kkvip platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). If currency conversion is required, the prevailing exchange rate will apply.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus up to ৳10,000 on their first deposit. A minimum deposit of ৳200 is required to receive this bonus. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times (20x), meaning you must wager 20 times the bonus amount before it can be withdrawn.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

  • Bonus offers are eligible once only, unless specifically stated otherwise.
  • Bonus balances cannot be transferred directly to another person.
  • The period to meet the wagering requirement is generally 30 calendar days.
  • There may be restrictions on using bonuses in certain games or sections.
  • kkvip reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
  • If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the account may be closed.

5.3 Reload and Special Promotions

Additional promotional offers may be available during special tournament seasons such as BPL, IPL, or the T20 World Cup. The specific terms of each offer will be published on the promotions page at that time.

kkvip VIP Program

The kkvip VIP Program has five tiers. A weekly cashback benefit is available at each tier:

  • Bronze — Weekly cashback up to 0.2%.
  • Silver — Weekly cashback up to 0.3%.
  • Gold — Weekly cashback up to 0.5%.
  • Platinum — Weekly cashback up to 0.6%.
  • Diamond — Weekly cashback up to 0.8%.

VIP tier is determined based on the user's regular activity and contributions. Details on advancing to a higher tier are available in the personal account dashboard. kkvip reserves the right to change the terms of VIP benefits at any time.

Cashback is automatically credited to the account every week. No separate claim is needed to receive cashback. Cashback funds are added as cash balance and no additional wagering requirement applies.

Fair Play Policy

7.1 Game Fairness

All games on kkvip are operated by independent software providers and use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Each game outcome is completely independent and does not depend on previous results.

7.2 Collusion Prohibition

Multiple players colluding with each other to gain an unfair advantage in any game is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, all associated accounts will be cancelled.

7.3 Automated Software Prohibition

Using bots, auto-clickers, or any other automated software to play games is strictly prohibited. If evidence of such abuse is found, the account will be closed immediately and all winnings may be forfeited.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kkvip platform:

  • Money laundering or conducting transactions using illegal funds.
  • Fraudulent activity or attempting to deceive other users.
  • Abusing bonuses by creating multiple accounts.
  • Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to kkvip systems.
  • Stealing or misusing another user's personal information.
  • Publishing false, misleading, or offensive content on the platform.
  • Using automated tools, bots, or scripts.
  • Conducting transactions using a third-party account.

If any of the above activities are carried out, kkvip reserves the right to close the account without review and to take legal action.

Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 Closure by kkvip

kkvip reserves the right to suspend or close any account for any reason, particularly in cases of breach of these Terms, without prior notice. In cases of prohibited activity, the remaining balance in the account may be forfeited.

9.2 Closure at the User's Own Request

If you wish to close your own account, please inform the support team via our 24/7 live chat or email. Before the account is closed, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining valid balance, however any bonus that has not met its conditions will be cancelled.

9.3 Inactive Account Policy

An account may be marked as inactive if there has been no activity for 12 months or more. In this case, kkvip may request that you follow the process to reactivate the account.

Responsible Gaming

kkvip places the highest importance on responsible gaming. We believe that gaming should be for entertainment purposes.

  • Avoid wagering more money than you can afford.

kkvip is not responsible for financial losses resulting from gaming activity. Online gaming carries financial risk, and users are considered to be participating with full awareness of this.

12.3 Third-Party Software

kkvip will not be directly responsible for technical faults in games operated by third-party game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, etc.) on kkvip. However, we will provide assistance in resolving such issues.
